About The Band
Formed in 1987 by Phil Matthews and Alastair Boden as a vehicle for their self-penned songs. LAF, with their combination of classic songs and quality musicianship provided by Phil and Al and great support from Steve Shephard and Chris Charlesworth on both the playing and writing front are a true cult British recording band.
The band went into hibernation after the release of their LAF presents album, but with much positive feedback through the internet have been back working on new material..
A four track ep called Sparkle has just been released – making for their first new music in 15 years.
